Installation
We configure our products for 'plug and play' and self-installation of our software.
However, and just in case our expert team of engineers are trained to help you install all of our systems and our technical support team are on hand to provide you with the training to use the useful tools of each and every product.
Training
All our products are packaged with the relevant training documentation and we also provide optional standard software training.
If you order 'Software Training' with us we will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time for training. Training is suitable for new software users or simply refresh your knowledge
Our sessions.
Rather than working from a generic plan, we tailor our training sessions to the user(s) - focusing on the areas you feel your staff need guidance on and ensuring all users are fully proficient in the most relevant aspects of the software.
Please note: training time varies and is dependent on the product and training required.
